Sorry about the lack of posts! It’s been a busy couple of days and I’ve been not only slacking on the blogging front but also with my workouts. Time to give priority to that again, I wanted to share this ab workout and then am headed off to the gym. I’ll also do some cardio but I think all these exercises can be done whether you have a gym at your disposal or not. Having a ball and the bench also helps but you can modify the exercises to what you have and are capable of doing. I keep reminding myself that any bit helps!
