In preparation for BBQ season I thought I would try this quick pickled Beans with Garlic and Dill that allows you to have a lovely jar of produce to use as appetizers or garnish for drinks. I think it adds a special nostalgic touch and since I don’t seem to have enough time for canning, this is a great way to fake being Martha Stewart. I tried mine with green beans to add to ceasars, however you could swap that out for asparagus, carrot sticks, cauliflower florets or cucumber spears. Just refrigerate in the brine over night and use within 4 days, take that Martha!
